Today Fifth Avenue in Naples is a highly recognized “brand” associated with luxury services, fine hotels, shopping, and more. The BID, the business improvement district, does a great job of promoting the Naples area community and over 200 businesses in the District. Working with a budget of over 4 million dollars annually, Naples and Fifth Avenue South are known worldwide.
The Fifth Avenue Naples Project is designed to leverage this tremendous “good will” and name recognition with online/real world advertising opportunities not available with Fifth Avenue South.
The BID promotes ALL businesses, making it hard to stand out from the competition. The two "Sister" sites will provide “Exclusive”, “Featured”, “Top 3”, and “Favorite Five” levels of promotion.

A Naples resident since 1996, I've held a real estate license since 1988 and a Florida life insurance license since 2007. In addition to a variety of commissioned sales work, I've been an active musician for over fifty years.
The Fifth Avenue Naples Project has been a "Plan" for several years and is finally coming to fruition. There will be a full-service media/tech company managing both sites and social marketing. There will likely be an exclusive real estate broker partner and we have an insurance agency partner.
I represent a limited menu of employee benefits and essential business services designed to improve the immediate and long term financial well being of business owners and their workers. Because of my many years in real estate, I'm especially interested in sharing our benefits with agents.
